A booklet showcasing the different education programs at University of Latvia faculty of Science and Technology.
The project was aimed towards high school students, therefore the design had to be youthful, fun and engaging.
The publication tells a story about my grandmother and her journey as a postal worker in the Latvian country-side in the 90’s.
The publication is separated in two parts. In the first one I get to know the unique nature of the work and the social worker aspect of it. In the second part I go on her old daily route and capture what she saw back then.
Design-wise I was inspired by the oddities of the postal service world. Looking through the publication you can see parallels with the big numbers on postmarks, Latvian Postal service colors and shameless stamps.
